We will be there very step of the way from reviewing bids, to setting guidlines, providing documentation to the installers and other consultants as needed, to the final commisioning and sign off. Documentation

Documentation is crucial to ensure that any AV project is a success! We provide all the documentation to ensure that success. From proper line drawings and elevations to ensure correct installation, to BOMs for vender accountability, spread sheets for network planning and maintenance we are with you every step of the way. All documentation is red lined at the end of every project and turned over to the client along with any source code generated during the project to ensure serviceability after the completion of the project. Training is provided as well once the final commisioning is complete.

 

 

Support

After the commisioning support is available to ensure you can always use your space as desired. Remote support and onsite support are available. Service plans are available to make budgeting long term operation of your system easy to budget.
